Withdrawal Policy

All withdraw notifications must be presented to the Phoenix Academy office staff in writing via email or in person. You must withdraw your child/children from class prior to the 15th of the preceding month to avoid charges. Any withdrawal notification given between the 15th and 24th of the month will result in a $35 late withdrawal fee. Notification of withdrawal received after the 25th of the month will result in the full months tuition being charged.

Payment Policy

Tuition payments are due on the 25th of every month by cash, check, ACH or automatic credit card transaction. Any and all payments not received by the end of business on the 5th of the month will accrue a $30 Late Payment Fee. Withdrawals from classes must be received by the Phoenix Academy Staff no later than the 15th of the preceding month in writing via email or in person at the front desk. All notifications of withdrawal received between the 15th through the 24th of the month will result in a $35 Late Withdrawal Fee. No refunds for late withdrawals will be given. Membership registration fees are billed yearly and will be prorated accordingly depending upon the month of the year of enrollment.

Phoenix Academy Camp tuition is due in full by the first day of the camp period. Phoenix Academy of Performing Arts of Pennsylvania must be notified in writing of the withdrawal of a previous registration in camp at least 3 days prior to camp date. Failure to notify Phoenix Academy in writing will result in loss of deposit. Phoenix Academy reserves the right to charge tuition in the event of any absence without prior written notification.
